At Doormarked there is no joining fee & we will send you leads to review for free. You only pay an Introduction Fee if you want to accept a lead that you think is right for your business.
Free to join Doormarked
Unlike other platforms, we don't charge a fee for you to join Doormarked. Instead, we operate a pay-as-you go system through our Introduction Fees (see below). As part of our free service you will receive relevant leads, you'll be able to build your online profile & you can become Doormarked Verified.
Introduction Fees
We charge property professionals an Introduction Fee. This is a combination of a one-off Admission Fee which is payable when you accept a lead (starting at £23 + VAT) and a Commission Fee of 10% + VAT (maximum £500 + VAT). The Commission Fee is charged at the point an introduction made through Doormarked converts into revenue generating business.
No hidden fees
At Doormarked users will not be charged to enquire with you or to access your contact details. The platform remains FREE for users to use & connect with a local property professional to maximise accessibility to you & the services you provide.
You stay in control
You decide which leads you want to accept & you'll always know the cost of the Admission Fee payable. This way you always know how much you're spending on your marketing. If you accept a lead which doesn't work out our Admission Fee is refundable in certain circumstances. For more details please see our Introduction Fees Policy.
