We ensure all enquiries a property professional receives are verified & relevant to their line of work. We verify every lead by completing certain checks to confirm a user’s name, contact details, property background and situation. These checks are done to minimise fraud & eliminate ‘time-wasters’.

Once you have joined Doormarked as a property professional you will receive any leads which are relevant to your business. You will recieve these leads by email. You can review details of the lead (including a detailed summary of the user’s property situation) & choose whether you wish to accept the lead (we understand whilst working in property there may be times when you can’t accommodate more enquiries). If you choose to accept a lead you will need to complete payment for the Introduction Fee (Admission Fee). Once we have received this payment you will receive the user’s contact details for you to contact them directly.
