User Enquiry Checks
Any users making enquiries have their details verified. We conduct necessary checks to ensure enquiries are genuine & to minimise fraud within the industry.
Transparency of Reviews
We operate a transparent review process where users can submit reviews on IPAs they have worked with. These reviews are published on the IPA’s profile for other users to view.

Doormarked Verification
As part of our mission to improve trust within the industry, Doormarked verifies & certifies property professionals working in the UK property industry. Our certification sets apart Doormarked Verified property professionals from potentially fraudulent & non-compliant property professionals. At Doormarked we use technology & thorough processes to verify & certify a property professional. If a property professional is Doormarked Verified it means the following checks have been completed & requirements met:
- Personal Checks (including an ID check)
- Company Checks
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Compliant in Strategies Offered
How can you tell if a property professional is Doormarked Verified?
If a property professional is Doormarked Verified they display the Doormarked Verified stamp on their profile. All checks that have been completed are also clearly displayed in the on a property professional's profile. Using Doormarked you can check to see if a property professional is Doormarked Verified. If you are trying to check a particular property professional in your area but can't find them contact us.
