Our client is a developer specialising in over 55 apartments. He had not previously used an interior designer or professional stager. To maximise the resale value, he contacted us for assistance with a colour scheme, full home staging and window dressings. We worked closely with the developer as the refurbishment progressed. We then came in and staged the property in a luxe/classic finish, specifically aimed at the over 55s market. It has now sold for the full asking price.
Our client had lived in this 5 bed Edwardian villa for 20+ years. The property needed repairs inside and out followed by our staging. We tackled a number of areas including internal and external decor, electrical issues, new window dressings, pest control, new fittings throughout and much more. We then staged while blending our pieces to match the owners existing decor. The property sold on day 4 and we increased the value by £100k.
The owner of this 4 bed property came to us with the intention to stage and sell. They had previously tried to sell the property empty after their tenant vacated, with no success. Upon consultation, we made some repairs including decor touch ups, fresh bathroom silicone and a new floorboard. We then fully staged inside and out. The house was re launched and sold in 2 weeks (February 2023).
