This is a kitchen/living room transformation from a property in Wakefield. This property originally had a kitchen with no central heating and it just didn’t feel like it was part of the home. By opening the kitchen up into the living room, we created an open plan kitchen/living space. This simple yet effective renovation transformed this dated house into a modern home. This is the living room transformation from one of our latest projects; a full refurb on a property in Garforth. We converted this outdated property into a modern family home, with a complete kitchen and bathroom refit and ceiling to floor redecorated with paint and carpets. Stephen was absolutely faultless and I cannot commend him enough. Sourced the perfect property and tailored his service to my needs. I wanted an investment I could put my own stamp on but would require little input afterwards. Steve really listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect property! Communication throughout was fantastic and I loved being able to put my own stamp on the property which his team fully refurbed for me. The property is done to an excellent standard and has made a lovely family home. Steve oversaw the refurb and kept me upto date with pictures throughout, giving me the peace of mind I needed. He has even found the perfect tenants and I know my property and tenants are safe in the hands of his family letting agents with years of experience.
